Re: Bonanza in P3DV5.4

Hi Lewis,

That's a point. It will take some time, but I will try.

Thanks

Re: Bonanza in P3DV5.4

Hi, After some nights of pure stressing tests, I came to the conclusion that there is in fact some hidden issue between P3D V5.4 and A2A avionics. I don't discard problems in my rig, but this is not the first time I make an upgrade in P3D, all of them successful, at least, with electrical problems. ...

Re: Bonanza in P3DV5.4

Very strange, maybe just in case reset the default flight. Maybe also check your mods as it sounds like something if doing something strange on that initial load. thanks Lewis - A2A Hi, Checking "mods". Highly suspicious: RXP GTN750. Last night, loaded the F-22 (with the default engines a...

Re: Bonanza in P3DV5.4

Hi, My default flight is THE SAME as was in P3Dv5.3 and the other older versions, that is the default P3D F-22. I was having no problems loading A2A, Milviz, PMDG and other 3rd party aircraft. How I load my favorite aircraft: I start P3D and wait for the first screen showing the F-22 turning around ...

Re: Bonanza in P3DV5.4

Did you restart the flight in case of a load error preventing power to the avionics? thanks, Lewis - A2A Hi Lewis, I uninstalled and removed all traces of the Bonanza as A2A recommended in another post. I entered in P3D, exit it, and restarted the computer. I reinstalled the Bonanza and loaded her....

Re: Bonanza in P3DV5.4

Good day, FYI, the A2A Cessna 182 is showing exactly the same problem. Also, I've found some graphic inconsistencies loading other non-A2A aircraft, for instance, things are all okay during a whole session with the KA350, and in the next session, the same aircraft appears with strange artifacts on t...

Re: Bonanza in P3DV5.4

Hi, Unfortunately, my attempt to fly the Bonanza in P3D V5.4 failed after restarting the simulator. Turning on the avionics switch, the radios, altitude selector, and RXP Garmin GTN 750 refused to turn on. It seems a electric issue. Funny is that some instruments, as the compass system, responded wh...

Re: Bonanza in P3DV5.4

Hi Lewis,

No, I did not restart the flight. I will retry tonight without reinstalling the Bonanza. If the issue persists, I'll reinstall the plane. In any case, the results will be reported here later.

Thanks, and regards

Bonanza in P3DV5.4

Hi,

I've just upgraded to P3DV5.4 and the first aircraft tested was the A2A Bonanza. I noted my avionics state confused, radios and the altitude selector did not come to life. Any thoughts?

Regards,

Re: Comanche ILS approach using autopilot

Roger that. The Comanche was one of the airplanes I trained during my PP course in the 80's, but that one didn't have any autopilot facilities (she was pure IFR - I Follow Roads). At the present moment, and after some flights, I can say this aircraft is the nearest to the real thing among the A2A GA...

Re: Comanche NAV lights

Hi, I guess things are now running as expected. I could find some LVARs for the NAV/Panel lights switch, all of the radio knobs and ALT Hold button, but I'm still testing the triple switch for the gear handling, trying to figure out the best operational option. The Comanche Configurator helped me wi...

Comanche ILS approach using autopilot

Hi, Just a question about the use of the Comanche autopilot in mode HI and using the radio GS DME mode. At the moment I am authorized for the ILS approach, the ALT Hold is turned on. If I maintain the ALT Hold on during the GS diamond descend, will the airplane follow down the GS? Of course I am tun...

Re: Comanche NAV lights

Hi, There is something strange with this airplane. I have installed in my rig from A2A the Bonanza and the C182, and I've never had any problems with them. This Comanche each day presents a different problem. Today, the NAV lights still don't work, although I did as you instructed to use the black s...

Re: Comanche NAV lights

Hi, Thanks a lot for the support and the manual link. This aircraft was specially purchased for use without GPS, flying in the old way, using VOR and NDB facilities, or simply VFR. The Comanche autopilot is a very interesting piece of technology. If someone knows some LVARs to manage this autopilot ...

Comanche NAV lights

Hi, I've recently purchased the Comanche for P3Dv5 and in the first tests after installation, I noticed that the NAV lights were on just after the battery was turned on, and there is no NAV lights switch. The day after, only the taxi and landing lights worked. The radios were also not working, even ...
