Re: My take on voice activated checklists

Hi Roger,

Glad you're enjoying the program. The feature you're after was not implemented I'm afraid.

Paul.

Re: My take on voice activated checklists

Only casual too. I lack any real talent!

I bounce around the same platforms as you it seems but also with a bit of iRacing into the mix too.

Re: My take on voice activated checklists

Hi Lewis. I have not sadly. Although I'm still "simming" it's now driving/racing rather than flying.

I'm sure I'll return to sim flying again as my interests change with the wind!

Re: My take on voice activated checklists

I haven't used or updated this project in a long time and have since moved on from sim flying for the time being. However, the project can be downloaded from my Google drive account here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B8l5C6zEBWbLdURUVFlhWmk1cDg/view?usp=sharing&resourcekey=0-zZdI9d_MrWbE34jw...

Sorry. I don't know what the problem may be off the top of my head.

Re: My take on voice activated checklists

Hi guys. I'm no longer active on this project as you've probably noted from my lack of participation here. This is mainly due to life's shifting priorities and not spending nearly as much time as I'd like on the sim. However as it appears that folks still want this app, I'll provide all the links di...

Re: My take on voice activated checklists

Fear no more Roger, I'm here with some links! Google has decided that they no longer want to do Google Code so they're winding the site down. However a very nice chap (also called Paul - are we all nice?) has created a website that gives the download links that used to be available on the Google Cod...

Re: which one has better graphics STOCK x-plane 10 Glob. or

I agree too. However given the attention of 3PDs. X-Plane has the better potential.

However, I am loving my A2A planes in an ORBX P3D world!

Re: Very frustrating problem

Well slap me round the back of the head and call me stupid. Carb icing! That'll teach me for flying in the PNW in winter! Thanks Nick. You were right. It had nothing to do with my hard landing at all. The carb iced when I touched the tarmac and ice quickly when stationary. Pulled the heat on and all...

Very frustrating problem

I came in a little hard at S18 today and the engine died as I turned off the taxi way. I didn't actually think it was that hard, just a misjudged stall drop from about 15 feet. I accept that I've damaged the plane and shut it down and go to the maintenance hanger. No problems reported. Huh? Next I d...

Re: FSX vs. P3Dv2 Testing

Do you get cockpit shadows with FSX/DX10?

Hasn't Steve pulled the DX10 fixer from sale now though?

Re: Goodbye P3D! Hello FSX+Steve's Dx10 fixer+latest Nvidia

I also have no reason to argue one way or another. Comments were made in this thread that P3D communities were dead suggesting that there's some mass exodus from the platform. I don't believe that is true and felt I wanted to add my two pence worth :) My philosophy is; use whatever works for you and...

Re: Goodbye P3D! Hello FSX+Steve's Dx10 fixer+latest Nvidia

Not quite sure where all this fuss is about P3Dv2.2 being broken is? Sure there are people whining about it, you're always gonna get whiners, but mostly I find that people that have unrealistic expectations. They bang all the sliders to max or near and wonder why they have problems. They're prepared...

Re: My take on voice activated checklists

Great stuff. Wondering about this camera app, would it mess with the pre-flight camera settings in the A2A 172? thanks, Lewis Hi Lewis. I've just done a quick test of this in P3Dv2 and it seems to behave pretty good. I'm happy to give you a private beta build so you can give it a whirl yourself if ...

Re: My take on voice activated checklists

I've (finally) released v0.5 https://code.google.com/p/voice-activated-checklists/ for those that have forgotten :) 1. Added "repeat" keyword to code so dummy repeat entry in checklist file is no longer needed. MAKE SURE YOU DELETE THE DUMMY ENTRY IF YOU HAVE IT! 2. Added ability to keybin...
