Re: Comanche 400
Do you think that, one day, you'll be able to own the next comfort/performance step after the Aerostar - a King Air ? Of course not the obnouxious latest versions with airbus grade avionics and whatnot. I happen to fly one of those "obnoxious" versions of the King Air. Considering the dem...

Re: See ya
I love reading these responses because this is exactly why so many veteran pilots enjoy flying the T-6, because it always requires their A game and even then, it can still take you by surprise. Scott. I recently did my real world conversion to the Harvard here in Australia. I woke up last night aft...

Re: Engine swap suggestion for accusim
Was hoping for a twin but if it is indeed a Bonanza (which seems likely given the hints) I sure hope it is a straight tail. Have quite a few A36 hours in the logbook, and now spend my days flying Beechcraft's much bigger cousins (B350), but the V Tail has never done anything for me. https://www.jame...

Re: Repaint Requests
I know it's "fictional" but the L-749 is as close to a Qantas Connie as the 049 will allow:

Re: General aviation twin?
I've never understood what people do with military Jets like F-4 or F-104 in a civilian sim like FSX/P3D. Why is it so much more needed than yet another prop, as we still don't have many quality GA props? There are many in the simulation community who for one reason or another will never realize th...

Re: It's a CONNIE !
I'll admit I'm a little bit disenchanted (not a criticism, just a personal preference) that its an L-049 and not a L-1049 or later version of the Connie, but alas, an obvious next purchase from A2A.

One last one just because we only have two AT-6G's registered in Australia: VH-WHF. http://www.16right.com/MessageBoard/D300-2008-11-29_005.jpg http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-czzOcZwb8FY/VMtnxLC3UnI/AAAAAAAAAXg/qy5U1_wD0zY/s1600/WHF%2B(1).JPG https://d31asmy75eposw.cloudfront.net/full/2/36792_1175274758....

Re: The repaint request thread
Although not strictly a T-6G, VH-LNT is one of several ex SAAF Harvards kicking around Australia.

Re: The repaint request thread
I'm not one to normally request repaints, but for the substantial aussie following here this would be really appreciated and great to see :) :) Reg: VH-YVI https://d31asmy75eposw.cloudfront.net/full/3/23442_1384002221.jpg https://d31asmy75eposw.cloudfront.net/full/3/52117_1320558700.jpg https://uplo...
