If you’re flying in Florida, this time of year, it’s a Love Bug. 😂😂😂

Re: Key sequence to mouse button?

I was looking at a Logitech G502. Apparently it has 11 programmable buttons. I'm wondering how they accomplish this when FSUIPC can't. I have the G602. It is accomplished by using Logitech’s software. It can be set up any way you want, (any button can be set up for any keystroke or combinations of ...

Re: Key sequence to mouse button?

Consider a gaming mouse! Logitek has some good ones. Several buttons can be reassigned to whatever you want. I have one, but don’t remember the model number (sorry).

Re: Is serious flight simming threatened ?

I fully understand both arguments and believe they are valid. Keep in mind, MSFS isn’t “finished” and still needs more work. I’m thinking when all of that settles down you’re going to see more content released that will “tweak” it to “our” specs. Why release anything yet that’s only going to need mo...

Re: Modelviewer type program

ModelConverterX. Excellent program!

When wanting to view the aircraft, pick the “mdl” file of the aircraft. It will load all of the liveries. You can select them at the tool bar at the top.

Re: I am not getting MSFS2020 until...

I'm still sitting on the fence, for now. Several guys in my flight sim club are encouraging me to get it, but I have a few projects in the works first. I HATE that I have spent so much time, effort and money to get P3D (5) working and looking so good! I just know that I'll never fly it again if I ge...

Thanks for the reply. I haven’t had time to test it, but perhaps soon.

Again, thanks.

Question for cockpit builders / LINDA...

I'm in the process of making a gear control assembly. This will be a "generic" gear control with UP and DOWN as it's extremes. Issue is the Comanche has a center switch position that I will not be replicating. Is there a way I can use LINDA or some other control function to bypass the cent...

Re: VR vs. TrackIR

I really like my TrackIR. BUT there are those who say it makes them dizzy and they will not fly with it. I, on the other hand, cannot fly without it! Their dizziness (in my opinion) is twofold. They didn't calibrate or set it up for their needs, and they didn't get used to it. It's SO much easier to...

Re: Odd freezing at BIOS screen

IF you're familiar with the BIOS screen, AND ONLY IF, then you can set your BIOS to a default state and save it, then reboot. See if that corrects the issue. If not, Is the clock always correct when it does boot? (Or is the clock correct in the BIOS?) Not sure how old your system is, could be a weak...

Re: Odd freezing at BIOS screen

I agree with Alan. Do a search for beep codes. Sometimes reseating memory and I/O boards will do the trick, but that depends on what the error is. As always, if you don't have experience with reseating boards / memory, find someone who does. Also take it down to a "minimum" system. ONLY ha...

Re: White texture Piper cherokee

The file I "sent" is indeed the Cherokee 180. And it's all white. You did not ask for anything more. (textures of "your" plane...) It is only one file that you need, and is the main .dds file for that aircraft. Simply make a backup of any other (similar) file and put this one in ...
