Yes it is, thank you!Nick - A2A wrote: ↑19 Mar 2021, 07:39 Yes, the Cessna 182 for FSX includes support for the Flight1 GTN complete (GTN 750, 650 or both) assuming this is the product you're referring to.
Thanks,
Nick

Re: Repaint request for my skylane
First, find the paint kit for your plane, usually part of the download when you purchased it and located somewhere on your hard drive. Second, find and download a good graphics editor. I use GIMP- a free, very good graphics editor. It gives the expensive ones a run for their money. Third, learn how ...

Rudder Sensitivity
To any RW 182 pilots out there who use FSX...
How sensitive do you set your rudder? I have read that all sensitivities should be max but my rudder seems to move a lot for the petal movement I give it. Trying to keep the ball centered during low speed / high torque is quite the feat!

Re: Realistic Custom Camera settings for Cessna 172
Yes I do have it set as my default flight in the fsx.cfg file. I will have to fix that and see if it works!Lewis - A2A wrote:Saving flights is normally ok, you dont need to switch after the flight. Just make sure that the flight is not set as 'default' with the tick box and you are all good.

Re: Realistic Custom Camera settings for Cessna 172
Yes, best to not use a complex sim as a default flight.... So what you're saying is I shouldn't have my "saved flight" with my A2A plane load up as my "default flight"? I should just have the default 172 as my "default flight" and then load in the A2A? That sounds like...

Re: Realistic Custom Camera settings for Cessna 172
My problem, in FSX, is all my camera views seem to randomly reset, ie., all point over the cowling. I have 8 camera views all set up on 45° increments and look around the cabin with a horizontal paddle switch on my yoke. Most of the time when I start FSX the cameras are ok but sometimes I have to...

Blow a circuit breaker? They do work in a 182.

Re: auto rudder
Well considering a Skylane does not have autorudder my answer would have to be no.
It would be very hard to keep your plane rolling down the centerline during takeoff. When you do your rotation it is going to get exciting very quickly. How fast are YOUR reactions?

Re: Constantly turning to the left
I always have mine set to nuetral for take off and landing. There is so much foot work involved during those phases there is no need to have any compensation applied, especially during the takeoff roll and initial climb.

Re: what music do you listen to while flying A2A Planes?
I've heard that commercial pilots back in the day used to use the adf to pick up ball games as they streaked across the skies.DHenriquesA2A wrote:Never have in the sim. I did however use the ADF in our real Mustang every once in a while to get some music on cross countries.
