Re: A2A Comanche and MS FS 2020

Accu-Sim is in no way limited by the host program regardless of what it is, Xplane, P3D, FS2020, etc. So from our POV the platform is irrelevant in terms of how the airplane functions and behaves as all of this exists in our code, not the host platform. The host platform is basically just a world wh...

Re: Sim Rate and Accusim

Will Accusim in the future at least try to synch itself to the sim rate? I like to do longer flights, but crossing large bodies of waters can be a bit borderline, unless you can speed up. I am aware the especially when pushing it, it will be difficult to have the sim produce accurate results. If th...

Re: msfs addons from A2A When?

Just to reiterate, we are working on the Comanche 250 now for FS2020. There is a lot of tech being built for the first time so once we manage to complete the Comanche 250 other airplanes will follow in a more predictable manner like FSX and P3D development.

Just let us know if you need any testers. Hard job, but I'd be willing to sacrifice a few hours of my time for it
One the new Comanche is ready for beta we will be reaching out to expand our beta team, as this is a big step for us and will need as much testing as we can get.

Re: A2A Aerostar Emergency Landing

Scott does that mean that A2A is done with FSX and there won't be any new planes coming out for it? The new tech we're working on now will have us more platform independent than ever before but by the time the Comanche is ready for FS2020 those using FSX will be even fewer than now. But we are alwa...

Re: A2A Aerostar Emergency Landing

it sounds neat that A2A wants to be in the new flight simulator. but would we have to buy all the planes again? if so that would cost me a small fortune :? Think of it this way. If we were able to somehow push our entire fleet through a translator that made them what they are now, but in FS2020, th...

Re: A2A Aerostar Emergency Landing

right but i was just wondering if after something like what scott and his son went through if he would return to the sky? that was probably scary as you know... As long as the gear stayed up I wasn't scared about a belly landing because from what I was thinking, there was no way any fuel tanks or l...

Re: A2A Aerostar flights

We are having to write all new physics and code for FS2020 which has taken us into uncharted waters. It has taken us a longer than we would have ever expected but we are continuing to progress forward towards completion of the new system. We expect to see you in FS2020 at some point but still are un...

Re: A2A Aerostar flights

Hi Scott, Is there any clip recorded before the accident day you can share with us? Your videos were very interesting to watch. Thanks Yes, we have about 6 hours of recorded test flights that will be used to demonstrate various things about the airplane. But some of the cameras weren't working well...

Re: A2A Aerostar flights

We are committed to Prepar3D as this is the best commercial training platform available. FS2020 is what we see / hope is the future for the public, just like FSX was. We're building even more of our Accu-Sim technology outside the host simulator (P3D, FS2020, etc.) so starting with our next release ...

Re: A2A Aerostar Emergency Landing

Just officially completed the insurance claim on the Aerostar. It will be bought by an Aerostar parts supplier and, at the very least, the interior will be gutted if this airframe is to ever fly again. There is a 2" thick spinal chord like mass of electrical cabling that goes along the right side, f...

Re: Honeycomp Alpha and Bravo profiles for the Bonanza

Do you know if there is a variable (L:Var or readable from the simulator) that would allow this? A bus voltage or something like that? I've tried some that I found in the L:Var dump that FSUIPC can spit out, but so far without success. Try this variable: (L:FSXBusVoltage, number). There may be some ...
