I have figured out how to get my own cruise power settings for cruise. I set it up based on the POH 75% cruise power setting for 2500rpm lean to the POH fuel flow numbers and wide open throttle at 7000-11000 feet eastbound or 6000-10000 westbound and I am really pleased with the results

I can't find in the POH where is specifies the recommended cruise power what power setting would that be Continental in their youtube video I'm watching now says 65% power but does the A2A POH for the V35B specify that power setting?

I would like to know what everyone is using for cruise rpm on their own J3 Cubs and I need a lot of help with picking a good time to stop for fuel with a typical cruise power setting

I think I'm better off sticking to the Piper J3 Cub it's the best plane for my type of flying. The other planes are good but there not for me I prefer low and slow 500 feet or less and the J3 Cub is perfect for that That's what I'll spend 99.9% of my time flying
