Re: Feature request: circuit breaker popping with gear extension > 150mph
The wind, gravity and forces from movement are all modeled in Accu-Sim so yes, the motor does already work harder when it's working against forces. So yes, having the breaker pop if these forces exceed it's rating could be done. I added it to our wish list. It doesn't mean it will get done but it is...

Re: Autopilot ground tests.
Next time I fly the Comanche I'll do this test, but I wouldn't worry too much about what the yoke does when the autopilot is being used when not I motion.

Re: Haptic feedback
Can any of you see the A variable for MSFS rpm (I’m not in front of my dev pc at the moment). I’m wondering if you are getting rumble because the rpm is still winding down. I assume this is the variable giving you rumble?

Re: RPM Drop run up
If you pull the prop full back yes it will go down to 1000 rpm. However for a run up you just need to move the RPM down a little bit, not all the way.

Nice landing. The ability to land it tiny strips with tough gear is just another awesome strength of the Comanche. Also love hearing the airframe speaking to you so well during that landing.

Re: Oil Levels and Changes
Also part of the reason for going by oil color is the less oil the more black it gets. So if you run an airplane at 5 quarts for 25 hrs and another at 10 quarts, the one with 5 quarts will have much more black and harmful oil than the one with 10. Because the contaminants are there but more diluted ...

Re: Oil Levels and Changes
You can go way down to 3 quarts but nobody ever does that. On my Comanche I never let it go below 6 or higher than 9.
50 hours max but let the oil color be your guide.

Nothing beats leaning by ear and confirming with the fuel flow.

Re: Propeller destruction in cruise
We’re not sure what the cause is but looking at the code the only way it can occur is hitting the ground. So either it’s a scenery issue or a bug where bad data is being sent to us saying we are on the ground when not. However the next build accusim is putting in its own strong requirements so hopef...

Re: Propeller destruction in cruise
For what it's worth I can also reproduce the infinite torque bug on startup regularly. I have been manually using the tablet to set cold and dark, even though the air craft appears to be cold and dark. I see the throttle / prop controls blip out when this happens on engine start. Which makes me thi...

Re: Engine Analyser display bug?
I'm not in front of my PC at the moment but there is a setting in OPTIONS that controls the screen refresh rate of the tablet, GPS's, etc. This needs to be turn to max. Maybe someone can specify if you can't find it.

Re: a couple of questions
1-is the wear on the engine the aircraft frame and the temp are simulated even when my computer is turned off ? 2-is the engine wear or sudden fail are scripted or simulated by how often you take care of it like in real life ? Scripted is an evil tongue at A2A :). We despise scripted. Corrosion is ...

Re: Warm up question
This was Piper's approach, basically "don't sit there and idle for 10 minutes watching your oil temp gauge." I think this was wise advice. CHT is the critical temp, not oil temp like we were taught in training.

No, those came with the Cherokee and were an awesome addition I wish I had on the Comanche. I used those all the time when fulling fuel when I owned a Cherokee.
