Re: Which Classic aircraft should A2A make?
Yes they should work their magic, and take it from the customers for products they didn't see. See, just because A2A didn't think of it themselves doesn't mean it would be bad, just they're busy delivering the best products in FSX world, and they get better every time, they can't envision ever possi...

The F-4 Phatnom will be pretty neat, and loud. The F-104 will be knock your socks off fast as well

Re: Future aircraft for A2A?
Any chance of the XP-72 coming to FSX? This aircraft really goes with the R-4360!! I would love to see it

Re: Power
I never implied that the Connie was better than the DC-6 (although I may have due to my judement during my illness). However, most airlines didn't want luxury, they wanted to take people from Point A to Point B and gave comfy seating arrangments and seats. Some airlines now like singapore have suite...

Re: Power
Good point. However, power numbers don't tell the whole story. It also mattes the wights, wing and lots of other stuff. The Stratocruiser was more successful by A2A oon their first day of sale, than the entire history of the civilian aircraft compared to orders.

Re: Power
That's the reason the Stratocruiser wasn't popular. Douglas's held more people, almost as fast, and the Constellation the same. However Constellation pilots called the Connie the greatest three engined airplane ever made. Those R-3350's were highly stressed. See the Douglas's were made much tougher,...

That looks good as well, but isn't a historically accurate one such as Nathan's Repaints has.

Re: "Engine stress damages engine" feature in Acceleration.
When this feature is activated, the engine can be stressed by too high manifold pressures for too long (only default is the P-51 can have this happen within the course of an hour). Recommended to be turned off with accusim, as Accusim has its own ngine stressing model.

Perfect! Thanks! I'll be doing an A2A Spitfire review (with accusim) for http://www.flightsim.com soon, probably by March it will be published.

Re: My Baby!!!
Congratulations! The 150 is a nice airplane, easy to fly and all. Remember, when you buy your next airplane (if you do). There are three things to avoid. 1) Planes owned by mechanics (surprisingly, these are the worst kept because mechanics can sign off the annual without it actually being in good s...

Re: Power
I beg to differ. My story above was told to me by my father, a Delta pilot of 32 years, and he has 21,000+ hours. He was partners in that mooney, with Dick Ogg, and was told these stories. Plus, he also flew with a copilot who was a former air force pilot, who flew passenger trnasports of the 377 St...

Re: What allured you to aviation?
Just finding out people's opinions, and it livens up the forum, and although not official, I think it can help A2A improve their porducts (if possible!) and see what products may be successful.swarovski wrote:What is your fascination with polls? Are you a politician?
