Re: Discovery Shuttle STS-133 Launch Thursday Feb 24,2011
yes it may be costly, but pay a bunch of wretched Russian's to drive us to space? I think NOT!! They already have reliable space shuttles, with at least 30 missions left in each (all good for 100), and the resources. It's Obama's fault, he doesn't realize the might that the only reusable spacecraft ...

Re: Which Classic aircraft should A2A make?
The Spit and Mustang have been in production since last year, at least October or earlier, so release is soon. The F-104 is already modeled, only an accusim, and engine are needed. Plus I think A2A may ramp up their production, just a prediction.

Yes only from the outside, however Heidi in the Cub is visible inside, to give a proper passenger carrying feel.

Re: Power
I was just pointing out that the engines hardly could power this aircraft. That comment unrelated to this ditching. My father was partners in a mooney with Dick Ogg in his later years. The first successful aircraft ditching. Much more miraculous than that of SUlly Sullenberger. Not to say his wasn't...

They say they're stopping the Space Shuttle program. I think they'll continue it, the space shuttles are still in excellent codition and we can't pay russian for our space

Re: F4 Phantom In Development Picts
Such a venerable fighter, rugged and fast. Sadly, the technoogy for missiles wasn't what it was cracked upt to be, and pilots were lost sicne they didn't have machine cannons. This McDonnel Douglas product is the opposite of the DC-10 and that horrible design. Such a drastic difference.

Re: Which Classic aircraft should A2A make?
At my local airport, Santa Paula (KSZP) one of the neatest airports in California, lost of classics, used to have a Spartan, Staggerwing, there are 4 Howard DGA's and a Mr. Mulligan replica. There are 2 Ryan PT-22's and two rare RYan ST-A's there. They have everything. Also 3 Yak's. Also known as a ...

It's too bad the Stratocruiser was so underpowered for the huge weight. It was a wonderful and innovative design. They lost so many compared to how many they made. Legendary but forgotten PAA pilto Dick Ogg ditched one in the pacific between Hawaii and San Fran. Great Coast Guard video on youtube ht...
