Oh hey no worries man, the modern avionics are just what I'd put in there in real life anyway. Beauty! The real one had blue slightly pearly 70's style GM fake leather on the doors heh heh... very Corvette and Camaroish.
I owe you big time for all the work you've put into bringing my old girl back.

Re: The Not-so-official 182 paint request thread
EDIT: Moved this post here because I only saw the repaint thread after I posted, like a genius. Oh my. Original post is as follows... Now that we have a proper 182 base, can someone do up my beloved 182K that I had all of my actual (15 minutes) yoke time in? N182JB out of Bloomington, IN. That or so...

Re: Well, it's that time again to say "thank you"
Yup, it sure is time (yet again!) to say Thank You Scott for dreaming big and more importantly, following through on the swing. I LOVE the new Skylane, and I'm not usually a GA kind of guy. But anything with Accu-Sim in it... What a SMOOTH flier! Definitely a big step up in power from the Skyhawk. A...

B-17 over Phoenix, Arizona
Anybody else see it about 11 am - mid day local time? Shiny metal livery but other than that, too far away to make out any colors. Flying somewhere for Veteran's Day perhaps? I was driving so I couldn't snap any pictures, and rolled down my windows but couldn't hear the engines either.

Re: Accu-sim 182 Skylane 18-Minute First Look (VIDEO)
I would like to re-hash my livery begging for the 182Q I had actual yoke time in... http://a2asimulations.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=107&t=35925&start=45#p273356 Sure, it's a two-blade and a 60's model, but hey, if anyone can do that livery... my skills as an artist are nil. Mass specs, induc...

Re: Safety Alert- Hypoxia
INDY Metro! Sweet! There used to be two Shapiro'ses in Indy I believe but one closed down if memory serves? There's also a store in KIND as well. The remaining deli resides at 808 S. Meridian, Mo-Sun 6:30 am - 8:00 pm. Hinkle's is at 206 S Adams in B-town.

Thanks again, Chris and Esa. Really good information there. And Great Ozzie you're in Indy? Awwww man I was born and raised in Bloomington! Have some Shapiro's for me. I always get the corned beef on rye with brown mustard... If you've never been to Bloomington, go there and search for a burger join...

Re: Safety Alert- Hypoxia
how does an airliner's "sudden loss of cabin pressure" detection circuit work where the masks drop down automatically? Is there a percent difference formula or some delta between settings that they pop down at? At least in 737, the mask release circuit works just by a pressure switch (loc...

Re: Safety Alert- Hypoxia
Great video! Although I had to search it on YouTube because it was blocked here in the States, I nevertheless found it. So fascinating how he thought nothing was wrong. And I dare say he performed loads better than I would have. I wish there was a reliable way to detect hypoxia in pilots and incorpo...

Re: WOP2 Bf-109E resurrected
Same problem I was havin, Jim. Under the search in the file library section, just query "Messerschmitt" and you'll find em. Some of em are under the old format and you'll have to just add "_t" to the texture filenames but they should all work. I used to have a great one with a da...
