Re: A2A is MIA

You folks must be some of the worlds best pilots ... I tried many of the default and payware light GAs in MSFS and crosswind landings felt about as realistic as GTA V flight physics. I don't know how A2A are going to overcome the weather/wind issues in MSFS even with Accusim? They have made several...

Re: A2A is MIA

I get what you wrote, but in this case isn't it more a case of inaccuracy in the numbers instead of a real lack of realism ? Also, I see you tried the pure default aircraft. Did you try the same actions with the mods installed ? And finally, for the Bonanza, I think I saw some discussion about that ...

Re: A2A is MIA

Can't wait to see what A2A will be able to bring in their next model. The good old days were we are all waiting for the next A2A video to check out all the new unbelievable features they had added to their next aircraft... I really miss these days. Concerning the remarks made here regarding MSFS, I ...

Re: Your choice for 1st A2A plane in MSFS2020

I understand A2A is probably more interested in releasing a GA aircraft for MSFS than a warbird. Greater sales volumes in sight. That would be a bit sad for me though, as I was really hoping we would finally see some "alive" engines in MSFS, instead of all these GA planes. I miss the "...

Re: Yet another topic about MSFS2020

It's not a bad thing in that we can take a fresh look at the world and decide the airplanes we want to make. Sure it's not a bad thing, and I'm really happy for you guys. I just hope that maybe in future you might also decide the airplanes that WE want you to make. "We" as the early custo...

Re: Yet another topic about MSFS2020

So don't expect quantity from us, but do expect quality. It's conceivable we will never make an aircraft for FS2020 that we've already made for Prepar3D and instead see two airplanes per year moving forward, all brand new. Sorry for the dumb question, but I would need a small clarification just to ...

Scott - A2A wrote: 22 Jun 2019, 08:59 But as for the T-6a and T-38, you can firewall it without consequence.
I wouldn't call that an A2A plane then.

Re: Should A2A create an Official Military Trainer line of aircraft with a different focus than our traditional airplane

OK let's try this again, as I don't think my wording of the original question was accurate. Let me explain to you what we have done for the T-6a and the T-38a. I put both aircraft through a rigorous Accu-Sim flight test. However, instead of bringing it to our normal flight standard, which is higher...

Re: Should A2A release official trainers even if not "complete" by our standard?

Depends on what "incomplete" means. If it misses just some feature like the preflight checks (that we didn't get in the warbirds anyways for example), that would be fine. If it misses the complete "Accusim" part, then it would just be a completely useless product to my eyes. You ...

Re: B-17G P3D V4???

Don't worry no one has to buy anything again, you don't have to re-buy an FSX simulation to get another platforms version of the software . Not being worked on atm but we do hope to release a B-17 simulation for P3D in the future. thanks, Lewis - A2A Hmm I'm not sure I understand that part properly...

Re: Lights not working (Happened twice)

You said you had just finished taxiing. I imagine your battery was simply empty by that time. If I remember correctly, the generator on the Mustang does not give any power until the engine goes above 1.500 RPM, which is very unlikely during taxi. That being said, connecting the GPU should have solve...

Re: Low RPM after engine start

I think Alan found the origin of the problem.
You engine is probably suffering from carburetor icing. To prevent that, you have to set your turbo setting (the big rotating button) to a high value.

Re: Spitfire jumps forward on engine startup on P3Dv4.3

If I set the parking brakes, the aircraft sometimes tips over and breaks the prop. That's why I started to always set parking brakes to OFF before starting the engine. In a multiplayer flight, it's better to move a bit forward than having to repair the plane (behavior is sometimes a bit messy when t...

Yes exactly :)
