When using the POH cruise figures for 75% cruise what is typical Cylinder Head temps?

I need to get foreflight I just go by the cruise numbers in the POH right now I'm at 11,000 feet 75% full throttle 2500 13.0gph

I've decided to just fly the Bonanza by the POH what ever the POH says for 75% power is what I use now. No more of this 2400 20ROP just by the POH is what I fly by now

Does the P3D V4 paints work in V5.2?

I can't get enough of this little J3 Cub it's all I want to fly now over every other A2A plane that I have now. I love how the plane looks in P3D V5.2 but I do have a question though is there any danger of running the J3 at Wide open throttle all the time?
