I have just bought the product and have it installed on P3D v5.
I have set up all the realism sliders to 100% and do not have auto rudder enabled.
Whenever I take off, the plane starts wildly gyrating and crashes.
I do not have this issue with default P3D aircraft.
Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong?

Hello Allan,
do you have FSUIPC installed?
It sounds like you might be accidentally activating various buttons, normally things like stray spoiler keys etc can utterly break things.
thanks,
Lewis

Re: Crash on take-off
No - I don't have FSUIPC.
Running the simulation at its lowest speed, the aircraft speed drop, it turns to the left and it stalls.
Flaps are set at 10 degrees, the throttle and mixture are on full. See attached image. Even though revs are up and climb is under 5

You’re too slow! Stalling! Wait till your 80 knots to take off

Re: Crash on take-off
Alan, if that airspeed indicator is correct you are WAY too slow. (I'm assuming no other issues here)Allan4WD wrote: ↑02 Oct 2020, 21:17 No - I don't have FSUIPC.

Am I correct in that you are not a pilot and new to the sim?
If so, on your takeoff simply hold the plane on the ground until you are at least 55kts (63mph) on the airspeed indicator. Then rotate and make a transition to your Vy speed which on the 172 should be around 79kts (90mph). Then hold the yoke in pitch for that speed and trim off the yoke pressure. That should get you upstairs without the issues you are having.

Thank you. Yes, I am new to the A2A aircraft and am not a real pilot.
My problem was letting the aircraft lift off, without me pulling back on the yoke, before it had sufficient speed. By holding it down on the ground, the speed built up and I managed to get into the air and more importantly - it stayed there!
