Hello and welcome to the A2A forums.

Sorry to hear you're not not happy with the 172, but please can you let us know what problem you're encountering so that we can try to help.

Providing technical support via an online forum is pretty common for small software companies like A2A Simulations who have few staff and customers all round the world. It allows for community support as well as for A2A staff to assist.

Please remember that the more info you provide on the issue you're seeing, the more chance there is to resolve it quickly.

Hello,

happy to give the refund but obviously we would rather get you up and flying with the award winning software as of course if your system has an issue preventing the aircraft from running and you ignore it, it's bound to come up again when you next try a complex aircraft add-on.

Hello,

happy to help but shouting I want a refund and not listening to reason is obviously not going to get you very far. So if you can please calm down and let me know your order number I can get that processed for you.

Should you want in the future to find out why your system cannot run the software we will here on the forums ready to help you get up and flying. 99% of issues including no doubt the issue you are seeing tend to extremely quick easy fixes to do with setup and or updating the software.

CAP, if you are not interested in using the C172, (you clearly don't want help so you dont want it), why did you bought it? Doesn't make sense! :roll:
