171 Mixture Won't go Fully In

Post by TomG628 »

Hi,
While flying the A2A 172 I noticed my mixture knob was not fully in using the CH Flight Sim Yoke. No problem with the mouse, just the throttle on the yoke.
I went into control calibration and the Rx axis shows full defletion (o-255). I calibrate, but when I return to the sim the knob is fully in, but when I pull it out and try to push it all the way in it stays about 1/4 from fully in. I then use the mouse wheel to push it all the way in. I have Prepar3d 4.4. Any ideas?
Thanks.

It's possible you have another control mapped to this axis that might be interfering.

Hi Tom,

Yes, a control conflict is certainly one likely source of the issue. Could you let us know how you've assigned the axis (i.e in P3D itself, or using a third party program such as FSUIPC) and in either case, the exact name of the axis assignment in whichever software you used?

Thanks,
Nick

This was happening for me too until I set my mixture axis sensitivity slider all the way to the right.
