I was going to post this up in my normal feed in the A2A C172 VFR VATSIM link over in the C172 Trainer forum.
But since it was of the Avro Anson, here we are, a quick Avro Anson viewing, with a cheeky channel update on the side.
Lovely bird you folks have produced. My video does not do her justice.

Thank you, nice video.
When I heard about this one I looked up the Anson and as one of its uses was apparently for training pilots for the Lancaster, I thought: "Okay, A2A released the Spitfire partly to get themselves and their customers ready for the P51. Obviously this fulfils a similar function for the Lancaster....."
I assume they couldn't get enough access for an Accusim version of a Lancaster, but I like to dream that Aircraft Factory will one day bring out a Lanc.
Thanks again for the video.

lol thanks,
most videos that I make when looking back hours later after uploading I feel guilty that they could have been better, I think I'm going to start trying to script out all my ummss and urrs from my speech to make a start.

Nice video, and I'm grateful for a better look at this new Anson.
Peter, you mentioned training to become a VATSIM controller, and maybe basing yourself at Cambridge - did you know that Orbx are going to model EGSC sometime in 2014 ? The photography and research has already been completed, facilitated by the CFI there.

YEEESSS!!!!
FINAAALLLLYYYY!!!
lol, cant wait to get my hands on that.
and as to the Lancaster, I would be very sad if A2A were to release an Aircraft Factory Lancaster. No, they must release a fully Accusimed Lancaster on par with the rest of their brilliant products!
The Lancaster is far to beautiful to merely be given Aircraft Factory status. It would be like giving the Spitfire the same. (no offence to the Aircraft Factory, they produce beautiful stuff, as good or most of the time better than other company payware)

Re: A2A Avro Anson 'Videos'
Look at the amount of time that A2A spend with Accusim'd planes. They had access to about four P51s if I remember correctly.
With the Lancaster, they'd be lucky to get one flight with the BBMF I imagine.
For this reason, I think that an "Aircraft Factory" Lancaster with all the gauges working properly and of a similar standard to the recently released Avro Anson would be way better than any Lancasters currently available for FSX, and that there's no chance of an Accusim Lancaster.
Happy to be proved wrong though.

True, I would still be happy for an Aircraft Factory Lanc.
But still....my heart still patriotically holds on to the last for an Accusim Lanc!!

The Canadian Heritage Lanc is a lot more accessable than the BBMF's?

Having had a chance to tour this Lancaster on a few occasions I can confirm this
(and to keep this slightly on topic, they have an Anson as well in their collection )
