I have found some interesting results comparing the 2 blade prop to the 3 blade prop both at 7000 feet and now at 8000 feet


Here is my findings


McCauley 79" Constant speed 3-blade (factory stock)
TAS=140 WOT 2400 prop 7000
TAS=139 WOT 2400 prop 8000


McCauley 82" constant speed 2-blade (experimental)
TAS=143 WOT 2400 prop 7000
TAS=143 WOT 2400 prop 8000
