Account erased and not possible to reset and download

I havent used my account for 1 year or so. I have bought the 182 and PA28 etc thru the store.

I have all the emails as proof of its paid and all.

But when i tried to log into the account today, my email is not even registerd. So i had to make a new account.

Have a2a erased some databases recently?
How can i get my downloads again for V5?

nothing has been erased, however was it a year a go or longer?

If it was before the end of May 2018 please see here as we changed stores back in 2018 and you'll need to migrate to the new store;

Cant remember, in that time era yes.
I cant log into the ”new” store for sure.

Cant even reset password.

I tried now and filled out that migration email. So hopefully my orders will come to my new account with the same email. (have made new account on the store with same email)

Is that migration move a quick thing? Will i be able to download it soon and use on V5?

So long as you followed all the steps correctly created the new account, submitted relevant information that means we will find the orders to move then its pretty quick, you should be seeing your orders in your account in around 24hrs, normally less time.
