Great! We should have this as an optional in the A2A airplanes, why not?

Thanks

As is, does not work in FSX.
I have MADE :twisted: it work in FSX with modification to the XML.

There are issues tho..

The panel freezes after clicking the oxygen plug in a rapid fashion ( i know this is not ment to be used like this, but it still should not happen) and then it all becomes unusable. Nothing clicks.

I'm unsure as to why this happens?

Thanks for testing.
Let me guess: you haved removed the comment-header from xml?
I must say, i'm so stupid. I had put in the header and had not done testing if the xml works with. removing the "<" and ">" and "-----------------------" should fix it, right?

And the other issue:
Of course, i have not done testing fast clickling :mrgreen: Because the lua-file is event-based, the events seams to be not fast enough to capture all the clicks.
I can confirm, that rapid-clicking cause to freeze only the "area" you clicked fastly. I have done some improvents to the xml for this issue. For prepar3d it work fine, also with fast clicking.
Here is a link to the new xml: https://www.sascha-bauer.net/wp-content ... or_xml.zip
Can you check if this file fix this issue for you in FSX?

i will test ASAP! :D

it was a little more than that with the XML, the header was removed, yes, and also some other things - see here :

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<SimBase.Document id="oxynator">
<Filename>oxynator.xml</Filename>
<SimGauge.Gauge>
<FloatPosition>0.000000,0.000000</FloatPosition>
<Size>543,354</Size>
<Update id="Update">
<Frequency>10</Frequency>
</Update>
<Image id="background_img" Name="oxynator.bmp">
<Transparent>True</Transparent>
</Image>

Your gauge would then load in FSX

Thanks for the new XML, i will test later, or tomorrow and report back :)

I see - you removed the "ACE" related stuff.
These parameters, including ArtDirectory, should only affect to the ACE-Editor from the SDK. While testing i set the ArtDirectory to an no existent directory and the gauge was working too. So i really believe, that the header caused the first issue. But i do not know FSXs reactions :mrgreen:

Thank you again for beeing tester :) If the test is positiv, i will reupload at avsim library.

Yes i think it was only the header in the last XML file that stopped it working. Now you fixed that
All seems to be OK now :mrgreen:
Nothing changed this time, just replaced the XML file with your new one and tested. No changes needed :D

Working perfect now .

Another note - Tested with the comanche 250, working fine.

What exactly do I do with the gimp folder that has the xcf files Does it go in the flight sim folder or somewhere else. Couldn't find anything in the instructions

It's described in Readme.txt. You don't need the gimp folder to run the gauge.
The files are only there, if you want to edit/customize the gauge graphics.

I must have read it 5 times and didn't see it thanks for the vector. I'm flying with it now in the Comanche at 17,000 in FSX and seems to be working as advertised Thanks again
