Hi,
Do the accumulated hours in a P4 install butt heads with a P5 installation like the FSX vs. P3D installations did where a batch file is needed
to switch and save each livery? Or are these separate in P5?
TIA
P3D v4 vs v5 Engine hours conflict?
P3D v4 vs v5 Engine hours conflict?

Re: P3D v4 vs v5 Engine hours conflict?
Hi Dave,
The same log.dat file is shared by both P3Dv4 and P3Dv5 versions of each plane, and by FSX. This means that for users moving from P3Dv4 to v5 (or even from FSX to P3D) their same persistent airframe with its accumulated hours is carried over without having to manually transfer files.
Thanks,
Nick
