It is a Korean FOB.

You can get it at simouthouse.

It is called Chodo 1952 I have posted about it today here.

This 'Grande vieille dame' lives at the Aero Vintage Academy, La Ferte-Alais (LFFQ), where she gives lessons in piloting old airplanes. Google A.V.A, looks like a great place to visit if you're in Paris. They're just 25 miles south of the centre of Paris. From the videos I've seen, you get a good €450s worth

If you look for LFFQ in FSX you may be unlucky. All I could find at those co-ordinates was a field! :D
