Those are very good indeed ! :) A question; why do the letters of ANSETT seem to get smaller towards the nose ? Is that a problem with the way the textures are mapped ?

you are correct all the textures leading towards the nose shrink on all sides, due to the mapping, text suffers the most.

Im still playing around with the ansett paint and several USAF schemes to work around the texture shrinking/warping, painting 2d onto a 3d banana has its own challenges

Woah, your work on the alpha channel/specs gives the skin a very natural look. You've got an incredible attention the detail. Thanks a lot for sharing. I am going to fly the hell out of your Connies !

Matt, in the meantime, as it's a fictional livery ( I presume 'Chance It' didn't operate the Constellation ), might it be an idea to move the 'ANSETT' back towards the wing, as in the Qantas repaint ? :)

Hi Paul it is an option, however I want to see, if time permitting in the next few days if I can kick this, so i can do other planned schemes, but looking at my schedule im more likely to take the easy option

Nice work! I've downloaded all of your repaints. Is the Ansett one available yet on AussieX? I've looked but cannot find it. Wasn't sure if I'd missed it somewhere.

Hi Joers

You havent missed it as ive yet to upload it, theres some tweaks i want to do with it however ive had a harddrive failure

Since replacing it with a new one and a fresh install of everything im having p3d problems with it hanging/freezing

Once or if i can get past the software conflicts i will get on to it
