In-flight music

Post by JoeS475 »

I know, I know, we should be paying attention to our flight crews to make sure all is well on board our Connies and Stratocruisers... But I love to have music on while I fly, I'm sure some of you guys do as well.

What do you guys listen to while flying these old airliners specifically?

I find this MOST appropriate:

And this one is certainly appropriate for my airliner skills at least!! :P 8)

I simply use my phone with a Bluetooth speaker, so I don't have any conflicts with my computer.

Anyone else?
Joe

:P It is just as well you did not have a John Wayne voice for captain, his line would ave been " Wooow .. Puut those circles .. on tha front offf the plane boys ... leeets fly ... Wooow "

Lewis, you just highlighted the biggest issue I (personally) have with COTS... My flying time is generally short and after a long work day, so I usually want to watch some tv as well. So I fly casually one of the warbirds or GA offerings, but my propliners usually get sidetracked cause it is hard to watch tv AND pay attention to a flight crew at once.

I have 10 hours so far on the Connie, and am enjoying it thoroughly, but have stopped tv watching while I fly. Music is ok and doesn't interrupt my crew usually. But soon I'll have to take the bulk of my flying back to the T-6 as I catch up on my shows!

Ian... Omg if A2A would get a voice actor to do a John Wayne voice for the pilot I would just love it!! That would be so much awesome I'd never stop flying!

Cheers-
Joe

If im on vatsim i dont listen to music for obvious reasons. If im on single player ill usually hop over to my piano and putz around until the crew needs me
