How to save settings when reinstalling?

To save the settings, I saved the axisConfig.cfg file.
But is this setting the axes, not saving the state of the model, engines and Accu-Sim? Where is all this stored to save this data and the captain's log?

Everything turned out to be simpler. All settings are stored in the FSX folder in my documents, not P3D
