Dear team,
I'd like to request a refund for Connie? Could you please write me a PM?

Hi, thanks for quick reply.
I experience several bugs:
- aircraft is shaking when cold and dark as if engines were running and I was taxiing
- sound stutters
- Multiple crashes when I try to switch views (I’m using chaseplane, although with other aircraft, e.g. Bonanza everything’s fine)

Also I noticed that labels next to buttons are blurry and seem to be quite low res (which is not a deal breaker for me)

Hi.
1/. what sim are you using FSX+Acceleration or SP1 & SP2/FSXSE/P3Dv3/4/5
2/. Did you update the aircraft after download and install
3/. what antivirus are you useing and is it set to ignore anything sim related , as some can corrupt installs
4/. have you tried the connie without chaseplane
5/. have you any other addon flightsim programes that might be interfering
6/.what airport are you spawning at and is it a default or addon airport , and what are the frame rates
7/. does you PC meet the system requirements to run the connie
I use the connie in FSX + acceleration on win 7 PC and dont suffer issues you state , if you give as much info as you can , then A2A and a2a community might be able to help.
