I had the RXP GTN 650 for a long time, but took the chance to get the second unit on discount. They pair up quite nicely. Too bad they don't crossfill, but on the other hand, one can have two independent plans. With only one of them in the panel, I'd probably put the 650 in.

I'm thinking about getting the GNS 530W/430W combo as well. It would feel more "in place" in older airframes which in real life, I'd recon, would still not have been equipped with the latest gizmos.
