Thanks, I guess this will not work in P3D, but I've also FSX steam installed with my A2A planes which I haven't bought for P3D.

Thanks, added to my todo list while I have an aircraft on this side of the Atlantic. Last time I was here it was with the P-51D Civilian, but I didn't land at St Barts :wink: but the Bonanza should be able to get in and out....I think....must go find some charts....

I wouldn't call me an expert. Still struggling in the Bonanza with controls on crosswind takeoffs. Rudder aileron interconnect... I guess it's far more intuitive in a real plane with the seat on the pants feeling. The acceleration forces and reacting to it compared to the sim, where you only can react to what you see, which is far to late. I'm always banking, crabbing violently after rotation.

For St. Barts, low over the roundabout, not too fast, chop throttle, steeping the glide, flare and touchdown near the white markers, definitely not beyond the taxiway exit. If you are not on the ground with all the wheels and can start braking at this point, you better go around.

I remember trying to land there in a a Twin Otter…there is a “sweet spot” you have to find…which I never did! Nice screenshots , Jens! :D

My recent flight took me south from St. Barth to Dominica. On the approach to Douglas-Charles Airport my left flap failed and I encountered strong roll to the left. As this was shortly after setting flaps to full, I immediately was able to retract and resumed normal flight attitude and did a go around and continued with a no flaps landing.

yeah a busted flap is really fun i had one break on the p-51 once. it's a hand full but it can be landed. this was virtually of course im not sure about real life.

A little cheating is involved, as I have set up the flaps up and down keys to one of my HOTAS throttle thumb 4-way switches ;-) But I guess you can leave the hand on the Bonanza's flap switch while they extend and immediately return to retract position when something goes weird.
