Not quite sure if this is the answer you are looking for but this is 10% of the engine's available horsepower. The exact amount of horsepower will be dependent on the engine you have installed in your Bonanza. Just multiply your max horsepower by .1 or 10% and that is the difference in horsepower between 65% and 75% power.

Now in more practical terms as a pilot, I would consult the handbook for the resulting performance under various conditions.

This handbook is for a V35B with an IO-520 engine.
