Bonanza does not start

I am trying to start the Bonanza in P3V5 HF1 and am getting those distorted propellers (with the tips bent toward the back of the plane) and the engine does not start. I tried loading first a default plane and then the Bonanza but it did not make a difference. The propeller does not even turn although the battery is good.

Could someone please help?
