Update Update

Post by alias_unknown_2004 »

Pardon me if I'm beating a dead horse. I haven't been around for awhile and was just looking for word about that update that was in the works way back when. (Including wing fix.)

Thanks,

UV

Did I mention that I have copies of the real pilot's operating instructions (technical orders 01-65BC-1, AN 01-65BC-1, AN 01-65BC-1A) and training manuals (AAF Manual 50-5/51-127-3 and AAF Manual 51-127-4)? I read from them almost every day...and least until my copy of Pilot's Information File, 1944 arrives later this week. ;)

Skycat - the p47 v1.2 update is primarily a wingroot fix on all the models. If you want the beta update, just PM me.

Ahhh, I see. I briefly hoped that my obsession for the Thunderbolt might finally serve a good cause.

Keep up the good work, I'll look forward to the release version of the update.

Scott,

I sent a private reply but I can't tell if it was sent correctly or not. For some reason the message is in my Outbox still, rather than in the Sent folder.

So I'll also give you and the guys at Shockwave a hearty public thank you.

Thank you!

AU

Is the beta still being tested? Should I go ahead and PM?

Is this a production release update? Will this work on the WWII Fighters P47?

This is not for the WWII FIGHTERS P47 - I believe that already has this change. This applies some geometry fixes to all of the P47 variants in the original P47 plane.
