Re: F4 Phantom In Development Picts
Looks very neat. Is it for combat flight sim 3 or FSX?

YES! The AOA Tones...Got To Have. I supplied a sample of the tones to the Italian guys for their F-4 project. It was really disappointing when they dropped the ball in developing it for FSX...actually Pissed me off.
I'm thinking this could be a PHANTASTIC ride gents!
Cheers

Nice piccy Flyboy. Always loved Phantoms.
Gonna have to jump on my motorbike and go over to Duxford for the day I think.
Haven't been for a while, so its about time for another visit.
I must say, I'm so looking forward to this release

Thanks Vigilius! I was pleased with the shot. It helps prove the point that I'm always trying to make with people...the Phantom is one of the studliest looking fighters ever built

This looks fantastic, waited for a lot of years this "Rhino" being constructed for flightsimulations, amazing work so far. Keep on the good work.

Re: F4 Phantom In Development Picts
My old flight instructor used to fly the Phantom. He said to me once, "Even when you were in practice dogfights and you knew that Phantom out there was on your side...when you saw that nose start to come around on you, it would make the hair on the back of your neck stand on end."Vigilius wrote:The Phantom is THE fighterflyboy4612 wrote:Thanks Vigilius! I had an old friend that flew Phantoms, and his saying was "The Phantom was proof that with enough thrust you can even make a brick fly".

I remember once that Pilots were known to say that it would fly just as well sideways as to the front, such were it dodgy aerodynamics.
