Nothing to preorder. This is an old topic, and the float version has been pretty much ruled out.

Sorry to hear that as well. Would of loved a float version. When I was working on repaints for this, I came across several Canadian registrations on floats that I would of liked to have had in my virtual hangar!

Too bad if this has been ruled out completely. I would be first in line to buy a bush/float/ski/amphib expansion pack for the 172.

Although, I'm sure the Accusim code would need to be tweaked for each modification. A good bit of work probably

But if I had to choose, I'd rather have another vintage bush/float Accusim aircraft, than a modified 90's 172.

What's wrong with this? It's not A2A but it fly's good, floats good ,looks good, and sounds good. what more could you
possibly want?

Then it can't be a good rendition of one sneezy 172 trying to do something with a pair of floats to haul around.

Just trying to offer an alternative, because, as you all know, it's not going to happen in the very near future. It's like beating a dead mule.
