AC-130A Gunship Now Painted Black

Post by cflord »

Ok it's me again with an update on the on going Vietnam paint scheme on our AC-130A. Here at the Marietta Museum of History (Aviation Wing) we have finished painting the AC-130A black, like she was in Vietnam. We now are in the process of painting the red trim (tail numbers, warning stripes, nose art, etc.) on the plane. My next set of pics will give you a good idea of "Ghost Rider" as she looked during her Vietnam tour. Here are a few pics of her painted black.
