I purchased 4 of your aircraft from the old store (for P3D v4 and FSX) and have attempted to follow the instructions to migrate to the new store account. I have been in contact with Lewis via e-mail and he suggested posting here to get help with this.

I found the installers recently on an old external drive and installed them to my new PC. The problem I'm having is with the rudder not traveling all the way left/right (reported by many).

Now, I can not remember which one of the "three" e-mail addresses I used when I made the original purchase. I included all three a few days ago using the form you provide in this thread.

I'm all up to date with the order migrations. You can PM me your email address if you wish and I can have a check for you if you are in the database or not. Please see the post I just made here as to why any request may have been skipped;

Hi, I am trying to log in to the old store but can't recall my login details. I think I may have been on an old e-mail address that I no longer have access to. Can someone help me with this please?

Hello Matthew the old store should only be used to get files as a last resort whilst you are moving over to the new store. Please follow the store migration process to get moved to the new store;

the only reason for being unsuccessful would be if the information given results in zero results to be transferred over or no new account has been found. Please re-submit your request and make sure to include all email addresses you have ever used at A2A or even may have used at A2A.

Please also note that the migration is for A2A Store only. Any products purchased at third party stores are not migrated.

Hi Lewis,

I’ve used the only two email addresses I’ve had ever - ending in @bigpond.com and @optusnet.com.au but without success. Not sure what else I can do. I’ve not purchased your C182 from another online store. This was my only A2A product and was purchased from your online store.

Hello,

please re-submit making sure your new account is live and active the old order emails are correct including spelling. I've yet to have one of these not turn out to be either an old or wifes email etc being missing as thats what the order was purchased on or it being a spelling mistake.

I have just resubmitted the information requested in that form for the third time. Hoping it works this time as I am getting quite frustrated/annoyed that I can't access what I paid for.

I've just checked and neither of the email addresses submitted are attached to old orders. Do you have any orders so I can get you sorted out and find out which email address they are associated with.
