Order record incomplete

Yesterday I received an email from A2A saying that my recent order has been completed, followed by a list of my previous orders. I assumed this was from moving orders from the old store to the new store.

The problem is that my list of orders is missing the following, all of which I ordered under the same email (all are Accusimed):

Cub
P-40
P-47

I didn't see any way to contact you regarding this other than the forum.

I've the same issue here, Bill. My two most recent purchases transferred fine but four older ones did not!

I read in another post that someone assumed they had used another (older) email address to make purchases which did not show up after the transfer.

I assumed that the email address had been the same, but I went back into my saved receipts and did, indeed, find a different email address.

I have already filled out the form. Should I fill it out again with the additional email address?

Bill, if you have the reciepts that show an old email associated with those purchases that did not transfer over, then I think you're safe submitting another form.

My own case, I cannot find the reciepts and I think Lewis has enough on his plate without me sending him on a wild chase! :D

Hello Bill,

yes just fill out the form again and make a note in one of the answers. Its all feeding into a spreadsheet for me so its easy to sort these extra bits.

The biggest issue ive got is people filling in the form without creating a new account so I'm going to re-do my forum post with clear step by step to help people out so I can dish out there discounts quicker.

Hi

I am trying to create a new account so that my previous orders can be moved across but when I go back to my old account I find that most of my previos orders are completely missing??

Are they now lost forever?

Did you create those orders using a different email address or purchase from a different vendor? Seems to happen quite often.

Same situation here. Of the 13 A2A aircraft I have purchased only three transferred.

Same thing here, P-47, spitfire, J-3 cub and B-17 are missing from order list.

Well, I'll be a blankty blank, I forgot I had another e-mail address! I've filled out the form again as only a couple of my purchases crossed over into the New Store.

I'm getting an advanced stage of CRS :oops:

Hello,

please double check on the old store which account/email the orders are associated with and if needed fill out the form again. All orders associated with the emails provided have been moved. Please also check for typos's before you click submit on the form.

I am as of the date and time of this post updated with all the form submissions, everyone who filled out the form is up to date according to the information provided me.

Please note that if the form was filled out incorrectly, either with a missing old account email or missing new account email then it will have been skipped over as data not being present I could not complete an order move.

Hello,

I see that the orders move seems to be completed but my order history in the new account is sitll incomplete. I have the last 3 orders moved but not the rest. I have a total of 12 orders.
I have completed and submitted the form 3 times.

I changed my old e-mail adress in the same account a few years ago due to problems with Hotmail, so maybe here's the probem.
