Hi and welcome to the A2A forums.

Yes, unfortunately FSPilotShop has gone out of business meaning their customers are no longer able to download products from their site. However, we've tried to look after customers who have purchased A2A products from FSPilotShop and FlightSimStore. Please can you send a private message to Lewis - A2A and he should be be able to help get you sorted.

Thanks,
Nick

P.S. We don't use email support so maybe you got hold of an old email address from somewhere?

You must really enjoy what you do at A2A Lewis. It really shows in your interactions with customers in these forums. I just get the feeling that most of you love working at A2A.

Wish I were younger, but I'm getting closer to retirement age. Back in the 80's, 90's, software simulation of aviation hardware/computers not yet built was the absolute best job I ever had. I was in the simulation/debugger group for aviation hardware/computers so the compiler, linker, application programmers would have something to work on. It sounds like working at A2A would have been a dream job for someone like me.

Someone needs to tell Virtual Fly to remove them their web site as an authorized distributor. The site redirects to some hack site.
