We need something new in the name for Accu-Sim

This is the place where we can all meet and speak about whatever is on the mind.

Yes and better than the multi million dollar simulators on the market today.

Scott.
That's quite the claim. Prove it ;)

All joking aside I would love to see a 206 using accusim with failures and wear and tear. True auto rotation physics and all would be amazing.

Where does the name A2A come from, anyway? Is it perhaps from the phrase "air-to-air?" Why not change that, also?

Actually, I like the name A2A and the "thing" that A2A has brought to our community, which is "Accu-Sim."

Ever heard of the "chopper concept?" When building a motorcycle, you take off everything that doesn't make the machine go faster. Well, maybe you allow for a few necessities, such as decent brakes and suspension, but those things actually help the machine go faster also. That is essentially what we have with A2A and Accu-Sim. Let's don't mess it up.

I have been away for a while so apologize in advance if this is obvious to others, but this current thread has me confused about what this new Accu-Sim is about. Is it only for MSFS or is it for P3D as well? Will the old Accu-Sim remain as is for P3D?

Whilst accusim has been the kinda branded level of quality I do understand what you’re saying Scott. People are buying a brand new product that’s been written from fresh not a V1-V2 update.

I would keep the name the same. It's fitting

I know, already decided... But I think 2.0 is very boring :P

I throw in my suggestion:

CAELUM

It is Latin for "Sky" or "Heaven"

But whatever name, seeing A2A arriving in MSFS is so cool! Wish you all the best and Thank you for your work!
