WHERE is my SUNDAY paper?

This is the place where we can all meet and speak about whatever is on the mind.

WHERE is my SUNDAY paper?

Post by Ron Attwood »

This is dedicated to all of us who are seniors, to all of you who know seniors, and to all of you who will become seniors. Did I leave anyone out? Oh yes...and Lewis

"WHERE is my SUNDAY paper?"

The irate customer calling the newspaper office, loudly demanded to know where her Sunday edition was.

"Madam,"(or Sir) said the newspaper employee, "today is Saturday...The Sunday paper is not delivered until tomorrow, on SUNDAY."

There was quite a long pause on the other end of the phone, followed by a ray of recognition as she was heard to mutter......

"Well, that explains why no one was at church either."
Eva Vlaardingerbroek, an inspiratiom.

A lot of nice clocks on that site, good to know that I am not the only one to get the days mixed up. But being retired it doesn't much matter to me what day it is as long as I am there to drive my school bus in the morning.
If I don't show up someone calls me to ask if I am coming in.
