Can't login to A2A Store

I've been blocked from logging into the A2A store.
Why isn't my login for the store not the same as this forum?
If admin can help sort out logging into the store it would be much appreciated.

the forum and store are entirely separate systems, have you a store account?

In what way are you locked out, what is the error message you are receiving?
