Biggin Hill... nice recovery, said the Co pilot after my low pass - steep climb - to stall...
A bit hard on landing, have to get used to the high viewpoint.

Re: SCREENSHOTS
if i may pardon the pun hijack the thread for a minute. does any one else when flying this simulated B-17 ever wonder what it was like for the men flying these things for real over hostile territory?? i know i sometimes find my self being a young man in WW2 flying this thing and sometimes it's really awsome. i think it's really neat being a captain of a B-17

Hi cessna lover.
You should join the 91st bombardment group if you wish to find out , i fly the B17 in FSXA with the pucker module engaged , the aircraft can be damaged by FLAK , once while over berlin , on a bomb run , i opened the doors waiting for the bombs away call , when FLAK took out my eng 3 , because i was on autopilot , in the blink of an eye , the aircraft lost the gyro , aircraft pitched up and she flipped on her back spiralling down , co-pilot screaming do you wish me to extinguish eng 3 , by the time i regained control , i had lost the chance to feather , and had gone from 23000ft to 10000ft , i just made it back home to UKBA bassingbourne .
regards alan.
