Some help for a old customer of Shockwave Software House

Post by spinellino »

A long time ago, maybe it was 2007/2006 but my memory may fail, I bought the B17 software.I have found my " Pilot training manual" and during this time of forced quarantine I reinstalled my MFS simulator, but It was impossible to reinstall the B17 software because I have lost all the necessary codes and also maybe your servers didn't recognize my email address.
> Can you help me to recover the B17 software? If needed I can send you a picture of the Manual, which I printed for studying.
> It would be a great gift from your wonderful software house!
> Thanks in advance for your kindness.
> Many regards.

Hi Sergio and welcome to the A2A forums.

Do you happen to remember if you purchased the B-17 as a digital download direct from the A2A store here? If so, would it have been with the same email address that's linked to your forum account?

Thanks,
Nick

It's a long time ago. Maybe I have used my actual E mail address, but I had also another address which is: [email protected]. I am sure I bought the B17 in downloaded version, otherwise I would have the CD. Actually I remember that I bought also the Spitfire and the sperimental plane built by Howard Hughes, as depicted in the " The Aviator" movie, which were released in that period. The only thing I have recovered is the printed Manual of the B17. And that's all. Can you help me? I will be very grateful.
