Can't download B-17

Hi,

After purchasing the B-17 for P3D V5 I cannot download the files. Using the default downloader in both Firefox and Microsoft Edge I get a message saying "Cannot Download File". And when I use a browser that captures Internet Download Manager it does not show a file size. For P3D V4 I have used all 10 downloads and for P3D V5 I have used 9. Can you please tell me what the problem is please.

P.S. It is also happening with other files as well.

Hi.
What Anti Virus are you using , they can sometimes cause download failures , also has microsoft or firefox done any updates recently that may have changed your internet browser .
Win 10 and firefox had issues of this sort in 2016-2018 going by a quick google search.

Hi Pat,

Yes, check any antivirus software, firewall and browser plugins that may be installed. Also, make sure the location that you're attempting to download to is a valid one, with sufficient space. Also, if you can tell us the exact error message you're seeing, it may help identify the issue on your system.

Once you've figured that out, send a private message to Lewis - A2A with your email address or order number, and he'll be able to reset your download counts for the B-17.
