cockpit bug with UV light on.

Post by RonnieDuck »

Hello captains.

A2A thank you so much for the B-17. I've been missing it since switching to P3D 4 years ago.

I was wondering if there are other captains having issues with all the switches dissapearing when turning on UV panel lights.
All my awitches are gone when it is on.

No replies, I must be the only one.

Did the install of the B17 went wrong?

Hello Ronald,

Would you be able to attach a screenshot to show the issue you're seeing? Also, could you let us know if you've installed any shader mods or B-17 repaints?

Thanks,
Nick

Nick

I tried yesterday to replicatie the same issue but I was not able to.

So I tink everything is okay.

The only thing I have right now is that Pitot heat does not turn to off when selecting C&D.

Regards Ronald

Glad you resolved the lighting problem. How'd you like to have a small flashlight so you can see stuff when you first get in the cockpit on those pre-dawn missions? Here's something I read somewhere else on this forum: Tap the "\" key on your computer keyboard once to get a small white light, again to get a red light, wherever you put your cursor. So if you're looking for the battery switches, then the panel light switch, that light will help you find it. Another tap of the key and the light goes off. Pretty cool!
