We don't model the physics behind an engine fire at startup. The way physics coding works, and why it's historically so bad is, if the physics aren't coded by someone, they don't exist. This means even a ball won't bounce unless those physics exist from someone coding it. The reality is we don't own a B-17 and I frankly am not aware of engine fires being a major issue at startup. I understand the concept behind it but I just don't see this as something of a big issue except in very unlikely situations. I could be wrong.
