The Plum Island Parrot(re-paint)

Post by Solareagle »

Here's a sweet repaint by Bob Baur, the 502nd FS "Parrott Heads", shown over Bill Womack's new Plum Island scenery.

Thanks to Bill, Bob, and A2A for making me another moment of flight sim perfection.

Thanks ace. I blame it on the sim, scenery, and aircraft designers though.

I took her down to Australia next. What a beautiful place! You can actually get this scenery for free. It's th entire island of Tasmania, with a high def airport package(YMLT) included. It's exactly the same as the payware, only just Taz.

Excellent shots, but a wonderful repaint too. Will it be available for download?

eehhh, should have read the first post, but was stunned by the screenshots
FS painter. You'll find most of my FS9/FSX/P3D paints here.

Anyone know where this repaint can be found? It seems it has been deleted from the sim-outhouse website...

Thanks,
Matt

I don't think you did something wrong, here is what Bob included in his "Instructions.txt".

"This work has been supplied freeware and is therefore to be used without charge. Please give credit to the author in any repaints created by this paintkit.
You cannot include it in any payware pack...this is a freeware release.
These files are to be used on the understanding that they are at the risk of the user and I take no responsibility for any loss of existing files or any other damage that may occur to your computer by the use of these files."
"Repaint by Bob Baur."

I think it's OK and again thank you Merkava (and Bob)
