Amazing repaints Jan!
You by any chance taking requests?
Also could someone re-host the Bare Metal and Plain Olive Drab ones? Says they are no longer in database or something like that.

I was hoping for few from either the 362nd, 318th or 56th fighter groups. I had a TON of e-books with profiles galore. But unfortunately i never migrated them over from my Win7 switch and they are lost.
I will try to find them again and get back to you.

Re: P-47 REPAINTS LIST + PAINTKIT
as far as I know, the 362nd only had bubbletops, there is one for the 318th already in the package (Miss Mary Lou), and I've done three for the 56th (Crawford County, Ann K and Target for Tonite, and there's one in the package too.Th!rdeye wrote:I was hoping for few from either the 362nd, 318th or 56th fighter groups. Re: P-47 REPAINTS LIST + PAINTKIT
camouflage paint on a GCII/5 aircraft? I thought they were all OD? Serial is correct though, maybe you have pics I've never seen?
And are you sure of the yellow color of the wing stripes? It looks a bit too pale to me? Other than that, great, I love French aircraft!

Re: P-47 REPAINTS LIST + PAINTKIT
it seems to have been a rarity, it is the only one I found with it
I chose the yellow on purpose, to be more muted and not stand out so much

Re: P-47 REPAINTS LIST + PAINTKIT
Cool! A pic I hadn't seen before! and with camo indeed!
Another remark in that case: your flag on the rudder seems to be too low, it should be touching the yellow stripe (which was meant to stand out btw, so the jug would not be mistaken for a FW190), which should be lower as well.
I also wonder about the color of the front of the engine cowling, it seems lighter than what you have now.
Sorry to be such a nitpicker, but that's what I do..
