Thank you Lewis. This morning I got all the camouflage lines of Royal Navy JT-410 lined up and that one is coming soon! I think it's basically done.
As far as my specular files are concerned, I did some experimenting and just stuck with the originals. So no changes there like I led on.

I have uploaded another repaint for the original "Marine's Dream" #576. This was quite an undertaking and I had lots of help from fellow A2A member Jim Baumann who beta tested about 5 different versions of this repaint for me. That's a lot! We bounced ideas off each other about what the original a/c looked like. In the end, this is my take on a modern restored Corsair painted in the colors of #576 and that gives me a little poetic license leeway.

Hope you all enjoy it. It's something a little different.

Nice, good job. An interesting scheme, the blur across the two tone looks fascinating.

thanks,

Thank you Lewis! It was an interesting repaint indeed. I certainly used a lot of blurring tools on this one and manual painting. So few photos of the original to go by. I hope I did it justice. Next upload will be a pack of 3.

Hey I just uploaded 4 Corsair repaints and an update to my white cockpit textures - it actually looks white now. The Royal Navy paint comes with two options for wing insignia since they were changing all the time. Enjoy, and have a safe and happy Holidays everyone!

Thank you, everyone. I'm going to disappear for a bit over the Holidays, and I have a lot going on right now. I'm a bit burned out on the Corsair, so I think I'll focus on my repainter's page on my website next.
