Am a proud owner of many A2A aircraft but have exhausted all of my purchased downloads for the Spitfire V4 Professional due to Internet issues with my Verizon account. All of the 10 downloads were failures.
I am now in a new billing period with renewed high speed service but have no more V4 Professional downloads. Please reset my downloads for V4 Professional from the recent Spitfire purchase.

If you send a private message to Lewis - A2A with your email address or order number, he'll be able to reset your download count for the Spit.

Ok Nick, What next? I have private messaged Lewis with the request but got no reply or action.
I followed up with another private message to Lewis asking if there was a problem but still no reply.
I really have been looking forward to this aircraft for a very long time and have had to wait until today to try to download again as I have my high speed Verizon connection again which wasn't the case the day I ordered the Spit (Jan 1)
Please see what you can do to take care of this... A2A normally has better response than this.

Its 2000hrs here in the UK, once I've the kids in bed ill see about logging back in and getting your downloads sorted if you ha e already gone over the ten download limit since your purchase a few days ago.

all sorted for you on the store, downloads all reset and ready to go. Any issues give us a yell on the forums here. But please do remember we operate 24hrs to allows the international time zones to pass should messages be received when people are tucked up in bed etc.
