Engine auto starts only one engine

B377 with Cots and select auto start and only engine one starts. I seems to get stuck on that because I cannot manually set the other engines up for starting.

Ok really need an answer to this...The below pic shows that pressing Auto-Start starts all engines...I have installed this three times now and pressing Auto-Start only starts number one engine.

are you sure auto mixture is off?
